Classes Offered



Please be sure to register and bring your waiver, medical form, and registration with you unless you have done so previously. For online classes, you only need to register.  Attention, new Beginners Classes for those wishing to start their yoga journey for the fall.

Plan to be at your class 15 min. early to be ready to start on time promptly.  (See Guidelines under Classes Offered)   ALL CLASSES will be offered in the studio.  All you need to do is register, and I will have you sign a waiver before class.  I am always available to talk with you about what class you would like to take.  You can also let me know if you want to register for a class online and I will make it available for you to join the class we are currently having.  

If you reserve a class under punchpass calendar and are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. If you reserve a class and do not show up or let me know 24 hours ahead of time, you will be responsible to  pay for the class.  I spend a lot of time preparing for my classes, therefore, I hope you will respect that time. Punchpass calendar comes up under Class Schedule.  Click on punchpass calendar and go to the class you desire.  Click on the class and fill out info for your reservations.

Winter Session - January 3 - April 1 -- 12 week session 



Chair Yoga Class - For those wanting to bring more movement into the body, stretching, strengthening, breath work, balance and want to avoid getting up and down off the floor.  Online

Gentle Yoga - Is a slower pace practice.  Breath work, stretching, meditation, with gentle movements for joints, increasing range of motion, props available.  All levels welcome. The last class of every month will be focused on self care and restortive yoga. Wed. 6:30 pm 

Hatha Yoga - This class includes breath, body and mind, helping with anxiety, bettter balance, endurance, strength and flexibility.  75 min.

Release and Restore  - This class will consist of movements warming up the body, yin, holding poses on the floor for 2 - 4 min. to help joints, relaxing into restorative yoga. Thurs. 5:00 pm /75 min/Joy - All levels welcome. 

**Stretch & Strength - Fall and Winter Session - Based on movement to keep you moving in a safe way.  Props are available. ** Taken from teachings of Baxter Bell and Melina Meza.  You do not have to have these books for the classes, but I highly recommend them to you.  Yoga for Healthy Aging by Baxter Bel, MD and Nina Zolotow, Seasonal Health and Wellness, Change Your Life One Week At A Time, by Melina Meza.

Transforming Yoga - A continuation class after Beginners Yoga 1.  The emphasis on this course is on refining and building endurance in Yoga 1 and Yoga 2 standing postures.  This class is suitable for those who have studied other kinds of yoga, but not suitable for those who have never studied yoga.

Tranquility Yoga - For those looking to unwind their day with some gentle breath work and movement, yin and restorative poses, releasing into a 10 min savasana.

Yoga 1  Beginners-  Is for those beginning their yoga journey.   You will learn how to breathe deeper, stretch and correct alignment of yoga asanas so you may be able to go into the other classes much easier. 10 weeks

Privates - For those who want one on one teaching.

Saturday, February 5, 2:00 - 4:00 pm a Restorative Workshop including Yoga Nidra with all proceeds going to St. Jude's Children Hospital

All levels welcome - Great for rest and relaxtion!
