Please be sure to register and bring your waiver, medical form, and registration with you unless you have done so previously.
Plan to be at your class 15 min. early to be ready to start on time promptly. (See Guidelines under Classes Offered) Until we can open our studio the classes listed below are marked online. If new, you would need to register and I would send you a waiver and talk with you about what class you should take. You could then register for a class online after I have received the waiver and talked with you.
If you reserve a class under punchpass calendar and are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Punchpass calendar comes up under Class Schedule. Click on punchpass calendar and go to the class you desire. Click on the class and fill out info for your reservation.

Summer Session - June 8 - July 31
Energy Medicine Yoga - Energy Medicine utilizes techniques from time-honored traditions such as acupuncture, yoga, kinesiology, and qi gong. Learn how flow, balance, and harmony can be non-invasively restored and maintained within an energy system. 1-3 p.m./ Pat Pao. Gentle Yoga - is a slower paced practice that will incorporate breathing basics, gentle movement to improve joint health, gentle stretching to restore range of motion and increase vitality. This practice is is ideal for any student with health concerns. Mon. 4:45 p.m./60 min. Pat Pao - On hold
Release and Restore - This class will consist of movements warming up the body, yin, holding poses on the floor for 2 - 4 min. to help joints, relaxing into restorative yoga. Thurs. 5:00 pm /75 min/Joy - for those who have been practicing yoga. (Online)
Restorative Yoga Workshop on Sunday, July 19, 4:00 - 6:00 pm - Please sign up for a two-hour class that uses props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health. This practice is for all levels of yoga, even for those who have never practiced. All proceeds will support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. $25 per person
Transforming Yoga - After warming up, we will be bringing heat into the body to start your day with energy. Wed. 9:00 a.m./75 min.,
Yoga for Balance & Ease - This class is a slower paced gentle yoga class to help lengthen muscles that have been stressed. Come and experience movements on the floor or using a chair. Students will experience breath work, balance and simple movements designed to increase their range of motion as well as restorative poses. Couples and all levels welcome. Wed. 6:00 p.m.(Online) 75 min.
Yoga for Healthy Aging - This class is great for those new to yoga who want to increase strength and improve flexibility, agility and balance. Those new to yoga at any age are welcome and chairs and props are available. Tues 9:30 a.m.- (Online) 75 min.
Privates - For those who want one on one teaching before joining a class. Beginners can be done in the summer so you are ready to join a class in the fall.
