Please be sure to register and bring your waiver, medical form, and registration with you unless you have done so previously. For online classes, you only need to register.  

Plan to arrive and set up 15 min. before class begins.  (See Guidelines under Classes Offered)   ALL CLASSES will be offered in the studio.  All you need to do is register, and I will have you sign a waiver before class.  I am always available to talk with you about what class you would like to take.   

If you reserve a class under punchpass calendar and are unable to attend, you may change your reservation to another class that week or cancel 24 hours ahead of time. If you reserve a class and do not show up or let me know 24 hours ahead of time, you will be responsible to  pay for the class.  I spend a lot of time preparing for my classes, therefore, I hope you will respect that time. Punchpass calendar comes up under Class Schedule.  Click on punchpass calendar and go to the class you desire.  Click on the class and fill out info for your reservations.  

TO GET THE FULL BENEFITS OF YOGA, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PRACTICE 2 TO 3 TIMES PER WEEK.

 SPRING SESSION  - April 8 - June 15 

Students signing up after the session begins will be prorated.

We will be starting on the time listed.  If needed, there is a place to change your clothes.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO COME 10 TO 15 MIN BEFORE CLASS TO SET UP.  WE WILL BE STARTING ON TIME.  If no one has signed up 24 hours before the class listed, it will be cancelled.

Beginners Yoga - Learn breathwork, and focus on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back and shoulders.  Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the standing poses. For those who have never done yoga.  Let me know if you have some friends and would be interested in this class.

Chair/Props Yoga -  We wil use a chair as a prop for seated as well as standing poses. Creating strength for our bodies.  All levels welcome. Wednesdays 1:00 pm

Gentle Yoga - Taught by Pat Pao on Mondays at 4:30 - 5:45 pm. For those new to yoga or those interested in a more gentle practice which incorporates, centering, breathing, warmups and slower paced movements that focus on alignment, strength, flexibility and balance. This will be offered on zoom as well as in person at Joyoga Studio.  Register at patpao.com

Gentle Stretch & Strength - For those wanting to release stress from their work day and add some stength with bands, blocks, bolsters, light weight and chairs. Tuesdays - 6:30 pm  All levels welcome.

Hatha Yoga - Move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on the breath.  All levels welcome. Offered on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Minimum of 3 registered to have this class active.

Level 2 and Up - Taught by Pat Pao on Mondays from 6:00 - 7:15 pm is a well rounded practice that includes the basics as well as options for more challenging modifications. This class will be offered on zoom as well as in person at Joyoga Studio.  Register at patpao.com

Release & Restore - To help you release stress from your day and find deep relaxation. Wednesdays 5:00 pm.

Restorative Yoga - Offers the body a chance to rest deeply and revitalize.  Props are available. (See Gentle Stretch and Strength) offered the last class of the month.

Stretch & Strength -  A class that includes agility, balance, strength, flexibility, core and more.  All the things we need to stay independent as long as possible.  Mondays at 9:30 a.m.   All levels welcome.

Yang Yin Yoga - We will begin with some yang movement and move into yin which is partially based on the Chinese energy system and is designed to bring energetic balance and harmony into our yoga practice and lives.  This quiet class focuses on our connective tissues and the protection and health of our joints. Thursdays 6:30 pm

**Stretch & Strength - (Props are available. ** Taken from teachings of Baxter Bell and Melina Meza.  You do not have to have these books for the classes, but I highly recommend them to you.  Yoga for Healthy Aging by Baxter Bel, MD and Nina Zolotow, Seasonal Health and Wellness, Change Your Life One Week At A Time, by Melina Meza). Sometimes I get asked if Stretch and Strength is only for seniors.  No it is not.  All levels are welcome.
